BlackRock's top stocks
BlackRock's six biggest stocks are worth $1.58 trillion. Nvidia is a quarter of that, but only about 6% of all it holds.
Here is how BlackRock's six largest stock positions split among themselves, from its SEC Form 13F for the quarter ended 30 June 2026 (filed 7 August 2026):
- Nvidia — $389B (25%)
- Apple — $337B (21%)
- Alphabet (both share classes) — $295B (19%)
- Microsoft — $227B (14%)
- Amazon — $178B (11%)
- Broadcom — $150B (10%)
Together that is about $1.58 trillion, roughly 23% of the $6.73 trillion of US-listed holdings BlackRock reports. The percentages above are shares of the six, not of the whole portfolio. Nvidia is 25% of the six but about 6% of everything BlackRock reports holding.
Two things worth knowing. This is client money, mostly index funds and ETFs, so these sizes mostly mirror how big the companies are, not a call by BlackRock. And the 13F covers only US-listed holdings, not all of BlackRock's $15.3 trillion in assets under management. iShares ETFs BlackRock holds are left out because they are funds, not companies.
