Tinder and Hinge, one owner
Tinder and Hinge have the same owner. So which one actually brings in the money?

Match Group (MTCH) owns both, plus Match, OkCupid, Plenty of Fish, The League and more. April to June 2026:
• Tinder: $457M in sales, 54% of the group's app sales. 8.5M paying users, down 5% in a year. • Hinge: $204M, up 22%. 2.0M paying users, up 17%. • Everyone else: $179M, down 17%. Together, now less than Hinge alone.
The twist: Hinge has about a quarter of Tinder's paying users, but each one brings in $33.11 a month. A Tinder payer brings in $17.90. Fewer users, more money each.
And the love? Tinder says 100+ billion matches since launch. Hinge says someone goes on a date every 3 seconds. Their claims, not audited.
The catch: this is sales, not profit. And the company does not say people moved from Tinder to Hinge. One fell, one rose.
Bumble (BMBL) is a separate company, the one big rival outside the box.
